In the Constitutional Petition No. 866/2023 filed in the High Court of Balochistan (Bayazid Kharuti against the Government of Balochistan by the Secretary of the Department of Secondary Education and others), an affidavit has been sought from all such candidates/persons who claim that they are advertised in various provincial departments of Balochistan province. All such claimants who have illegally demanded payment of money from the candidates or their dependents by the government officers or any person acting on their behalf for appointment to the vacant posts are informed that the next hearing is on 21st September. Before 2023, the registrar should submit their claim in the form of an affidavit to the Balochistan High Court so that their grievances can be redressed according to the constitution and law.
