█▓▒▒░░░According to the first priority of Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Ali Mardan Khan Domki and Health Minister Mir Muhammad Khan Jogezai, Balochistan Health Card is being issued. Under which the entire population of Balochistan more or less 23 lakh families are being provided free health facilities.
All those persons whose permanent address is in Balochistan province as per NADRA records. They can avail free healthcare facilities on admission to State Life’s selected hospitals across Pakistan. In the Balochistan Health Card Program, the head of the family along with his wife and
Unmarried children will be eligible for free treatment. Your national identity card is your health card.

Under the Balochistan Health Card, every family has been provided treatment facilities worth up to Rs.10 lakh.
Under this program:

Under the Balochistan Health Card program, free treatment is being provided in more than 1200 of our hospitals across the country. Note that this facility will be available only in case of admission to the hospital.

It does not include Out Patient Department ie (OPD).
Hospital admission procedure
For treatment under Balochistan Health Card, refer to your nearest State Life selected hospital. Our representative will be there to guide you at the health card counter at the hospital. Your details will be checked at the health card counter at the hospital. Doctor’s examination
After that, if the patient is advised for admission, the treatment in the hospital will be completely free under the Balochistan Health Card Program.

How Use Of Sahet Sahulat Program Card for Treatment?

How Do I Apply for the Sahet Sahulat Program
- The first step The purpose of using the QAUMI or SEHAT INSAF cards is to verify your eligibility. Send an SMS with the number on your National Identity Card to 8500 to see if you qualify for the program.
Obtain your Qaumi Sehat Card or Sehat Insaf card in step two. If you are qualified, visit the card distribution facility set up in your region to obtain your Sehat Insaf or Qaumi Sehat card.
- Step:3 Collect the necessary information and documents.
Ascertain which hospitals are affiliated with the Sehat Sahulat Program.
When you visit the government/private hospital that is accredited, remember to bring these documentation.
Sehat Insaf Card / Qaumi Sehat Card B-Form (When treating a youngster) - Step4: You can approach the designated SSP representative counter for more assistance after arriving at the hospital that has been accredited.Your Sehat Insaf card or Qaumi Sehat card will be verified by the SSP personnel, who will also direct you to the appropriate hospital department for your treatment.
- Step: 5 Receive the care for free:
Following hospital admission, the patient’s Sehat Insaf card or Qaumi Sehat card would be used to cover the cost of treatment.
NOTE: This facility is only provided in the event that a patient requires a hospital admission.
