Notification for Interviewing Relatives of Deceased Employees
Dear Candidates,
In accordance with the competent authority’s approval number 201406313630-10 (113) 15-08 November 2023 and the Election Commission’s letter no. PRO NO.447421-06-2023 261.103/2023, we are pleased to inform all candidates who have submitted their applications for the positions of Junior Clerk (BPS-11) and Stock Assistant (BPS-06) in response to the 2023 advertisement-Elec, that the intention to consider family members of deceased employees has been fulfilled.
Advertisment:
Schedule: District-wise lists of eligible candidates are available in the advertisement. The eligible candidates are required to appear for the interview process as per the schedule outlined below.
Required Documentation:
- Death certificate of the deceased employee.
- Succession certificate issued by the court.
- Photo of the candidate.
- Affidavit from the widow, verified by the Hoth Commissioner.
Recruitment Policy: All recruitment procedures will strictly adhere to the approved policies of the Government regarding deceased employees. The age limit for eligible candidates is set between 18 to 28 years. However, there will be an upper limit relaxation of up to 10 years, in accordance with government rules.
Interview Process: Candidates, including those who have not yet submitted applications, are encouraged to participate in the interview process. The interviews aim to assess the suitability of candidates for the positions mentioned.
Age Limit and Relaxation: The target age for eligible candidates is between 18 to 28 years. However, in compliance with government rules, there will be an upper limit relaxation of up to 10 years.
