2- Upon registering, candidates can access the application portal and upload the necessary files. Please be aware that no applications sent after the deadline or without an online submission will be accepted. Obtain paper copies of your online application for your records. now click to apply for scholarship first step
STEP-II HEC ONLINE APPLICATION
- Use the following button to apply online:Â Please choose “Chinese Government Scholarship” after registering and filling up your profile. Obtain a printed copy of the application for the applicant to sign after it has been submitted. The HEC online application portal will conclude at 16:00 Pakistan Time on December 09, 2024.
2- Please update your HEC profile with your most recent email address and mobile number before applying. The online application system will be quite active in the days preceding the application deadline, so it is recommended that you finish and submit your application as soon as possible. Once the application has been successfully submitted through the HEC portal, keep a paper copy of the application that you have signed.
Note: It is required that applications be submitted online at http://www.campuschina.org/ OR https://www.csc.edu.cn/ and the Scholarship.hec.gov.pk site. The candidacy will not be taken into consideration if the forms are not submitted on any of the aforementioned two portals.

Eligibility Criteria for Chinese Scholarships
Are you a student in Pakistan or AJ&K dreaming of pursuing your studies abroad? The Chinese Government Scholarships might be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for! Here’s a breakdown of the eligibility criteria in a simple and friendly manner:
Citizenship: To apply, you must be a citizen of Pakistan or AJ&K.
Academic Status:
- For undergraduate: Undergraduate/Bachelors program students must have intermediate/A-level/FA-FSC (12 years) of education and be under the age of 25 at the time of application.
- Master Students: Applicants for the Masters program must have a bachelor’s degree (16 years) and be under the age of 35 at the time of application.
- Doctoral Students:Â Applicants for the PhD/Doctoral program must have a Masters degree (MS/MPhil) and be under the age of 40 years at the time of application.
Application Forms: Fill out all fields in both the Hungary and HEC application forms, leaving no column unfilled.
Document Attestation: Certificates/Transcripts/Degrees must be attested by authorities such as IBCC and HEC. O & A level equivalence from IBCC is mandatory for certain programs.
Language Proficiency: If required by Chinese universities, provide IELTS/TOEFL scores.
- All applicants are required to provide HAT or Usat score (HAT for masters/phd and USAT for undergraduate). Applicants must have obtained a minimum score of 50 out of 100 in HAT or USAT test.Without providing minimum HAT or USAT test score (50 out of 100), applications will not be considered for further process. The test validity for HAT is 02 years and USAT is 01 year. For this scholarship, applicant must have already obtained a valid HAT (score obtained on or after December 09, 2022) or USAT score (score obtained on or after December 09, 2023).

- Health Certificate: Submit a medical certificate confirming your good health condition, issued not earlier than November 15, 2023, and confirming the absence of specific illnesses.
Commitment Bond: If selected, submit a legal bond to HEC committing to not change your discipline after the scholarship is awarded. Upon completing your degree, you must return to Pakistan to serve for a specified period; failure to do so may result in penalties.
Additional Requirements: Fulfill all other requirements specified by the host Hungarian university, Tempus Public Foundation, and the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan.
HAT/USAT Test: Provide HAT or USAT test scores, with a minimum score of 50 out of 100. If you haven’t taken the test yet, register at https://etc.hec.gov.pk/.
Professional Degrees: Students pursuing professional degrees (Medical, Engineering, Nursing, etc.) should ensure accreditation from respective councils like PMC, PEC, PNC, PCATP, PBC, PVMC, etc.
Non-Eligibility (Ineligibility)
Your application won’t be considered if: a. You hold dual citizenship. b. You provide misleading or incomplete information; HEC reserves the right to cancel the awarded scholarship in such cases.
