INVITATION FOR ADMISSIONS AGAINST RESERVED SEATS OF BALOCHISTAN IN F.A/F.Sc & ICS FOR DIFFERENT COLLEGES OF THE COUNTRY (SESSION 2023-24)
Applications are invited through online portal i.e. www.chte.gob.pk or portal.chte.gob.pk from the local/domicile candidates of Balochistan against (48) reserve seats in F.A/F.Sc & ICS in various Colleges of sister provinces. The interested candidates must have passed their Matric Annual Examination 2024 or earlier up to Annual Examinations of previous one (01) years with at least 60% marks in Matric (Science) & 45% in Matric (Arts) Group should have passed SSC examination from Schools located in the Province/Area of their respective Local/Domicile). Those students who are waiting for their results can apply on hope certificate. All seats are reserved for open merit. The distribution of these (48) reserved seats as per the admission policy is as under.

Note & Applying Process
Merit Criteria:
- Candidates should not be more than 18 years of age
- The candidates who have obtained marks less than 60% in Matric (Science) & 45% in Matric (Arts) or Equivalent exam are not eligible.
- Candidate will require at least 50% Marks in the Entry Test.
- Total Weightage of Matric Science/Arts or Equivalent) marks will be 50%.Â
- Total Weightage of Entry Test marks will be 50%.Â
- 1% marks will be deducted from the total marks of those candidates who have passed their Matric and the same will be applicable for each gape/year.Â
- All selection will be made according to admission policy which is mention in prospectus.Â

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Only shortlisted candidates will be required to submit their documents in hard. In case of submission of fake documents, the application/nomination will be rejected at any stage. Since, the application form is a legal document, any wrong information provided therein or over-writing or tampering in any other way is illegal and may results in outright rejection of form without any notice and such candidates will be prosecuted under criminal law, and consequently, they will be debarred for a period of 3 years for applying against any reserved seats through Directorate of Colleges. The student who have qualified or selected as per merit will pay the fee as per concerned College policy
. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
- Candidates will apply through online portal i.e. www.chte.gob.pk or portal.chte.gob.pk.
- The prospectus and video “How to apply” is available at the above-mentioned website.Â
- Fill the form carefully. After submission of form candidates could not change their priorities.Â
- Challan slip (treasury receipt) bearing account number can be downloaded from the given website, where candidates have to submit fee Rs.1000/- (One Thousand Rupees) in any branch of UBL, before applying for online admission within the CLOSING DATE from 17 May to 30 May, 2024. No application will be accepted after the closing date.Â
- It will be mandatory for the candidates to bring original CNIC/B-form, original paid challan slip (treasury receipt) and downloaded copy of admission certificate/online slip with thumb impression, recent passport size picture and signature, at the time of Entry Test, to avoid any inconvenience at the examination center.Â
- The shortlisted candidates will have to get verified their Local Certificates from the concerned district’s Deputy Commissioner, before selection.Â
- Place and venue of Entry Test will be announced/communicated to the candidates through Newspaper, and also at our website “www.chte.gob.pk or portal.chte.gob.pk.” in tracking applicant section. So, keep frequently visiting our website.Â
