Note & Applying Process
- Interested and eligible candidates meeting the criteria outlined above can apply online through the National Job Portal (NJP) official website, http://njp.gov.pk, within fifteen days from the publication date of this advertisement. Applications will not be accepted if handed in or mailed.
- Fill in the entire application form carefully, ensuring accurate entries of personal particulars, post name, domicile, educational qualification, religion, gender, nature of disability (for non-uniform posts), driving license (for C/JPO), and date of birth.
- Use separate online application forms for applying to more than one post.
- Will not entertain incomplete or late applications, as well as those submitted through postal/courier service or by hand.
General Instructions
- For the Junior Patrol Officer (BS-07) post, the Physical Test will include height/chest measurement and a running test (01 Mile-run in 08 minutes for male candidates and 01 Mile-run in 10 minutes for female candidates).
- Candidates should bring their own joggers and a bottle of drinking water on the day of the physical test.
- Shortlisted candidates for the Junior Patrol Officer (BS-07) post will undergo written, driving proficiency tests, and interviews.
- Government employees up to the age of 25 years are eligible to apply for the Junior Patrol Officer (BS-07) post. No age relaxation will be granted for C/JPO (BS-07) candidates. However, a 5-year General Age Relaxation in the upper age limit will be applicable as per Government Rules for Non-Uniformed Posts (S. No. 02 to 08).
- Additional age relaxations for Non-Uniformed Posts (S. No. 02 to 08) will also be granted as per Government Rules:
Age Relaxations
- Â a) Candidates belonging to scheduled Castes, Buddhist community, recognized group of the tribal Areas. Azad Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan for all posts under the Federal Governament. b) Candidates belonging to Sindh(R) and Balochistan for posts in BPS-13 and below under the federal government. 3 Years Age Relaxation Admissible
- Released or Retired Officers/personnel of the Armed Forces of Pakistan. 15 Years of the number of years served in the Armed forces of Pakistan. Whichever is less.
- Government servants and contract employees who have completed 02 years continuous Government service on the closing date for receipt of applications. 10 Years. Upto the age of 55 years
- Disabled persons for appointment to posts in BPS-15 and below. 10 Years
- Widow. son of daughter of a deceased civil servant who dies during service. 05 Years
NOTE: In cases where a candidate is eligible for age relaxation under multiple categories as specified above, the candidate will only be granted age relaxation in one category.
