Essential Qualification & Experience::
(a) The candidate shall be Ph.D. in any discipline and good academic record.
(b) Research: Excellent research publication record that at a minimum, meet the criteria for appointment as a Professor in the university with a minimum of 20 peer reviewed HEC recognized publications. Preference would be given to journals indexed in the HRJS system of HEC. https://hjrs.hec.gov.pk
(c) Experience: Experience of at least 20 years of teaching/research in any HEC-recognized university. At least five years of administrative experience (after completion of Ph. D) in the field of Higher Education. The candidates with experience of executing research projects, senior supervisory/ leadership, including the Chairperson, Dean, Quality Assurance, International linkages etc., with a record of progressive responsibility and authority.
(d) A separate strategic plan not more than 800 words for the UoB be attached with the application.
