█▓▒▒░░░The Chinese Scholarship Council, an agency of the Chinese government, is providing research and study opportunities for Pakistani researchers and students in Chinese universities in an effort to strengthen ties between the two countries’ educational systems. HEC is the designated agency for these scholarships for the academic year 2024–2025 on behalf of the Government of Pakistan.
The People’s Republic of China’s Ministry of Education has given the China Scholarship Council (CSC) authority for the enrollment and management of the Chinese Government Scholarship Program. Scholarships for undergraduate/bachelors, masters, and doctoral/phd programs in their respective fields of study are available to qualified students.
Scholarship awardees at all levels can choose from a wide range of academic programs offered by designated Chinese universities in the fields of science, engineering, agriculture, medicine, economics, legal studies, management, education, history, literature, philosophy, and fine arts, among others..░░░▒▒▓█

█▓▒▒░░░The Chinese Government Scholarship Program sponsors international students, teachers, and scholars for degree studies (Undergraduate, Masters & PhD) in various fields, including one year of preparatory Chinese language studies.

1- ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Pakistani and AJ&K nationals only.
- Good health is a must.
- Age limits:
- Undergraduate: Under 25 years
- Masters: Under 35 years
- PhD/Doctoral: Under 40 years
- Must meet admission requirements of applied universities.
- There are no other ongoing scholarships.
- A valid HAT or USAT score is required (50 out of 100).
2- Financial Coverage:
- Tuition Funds
- Accommodation: Free university dormitory or accommodation subsidy
- Stipend (Monthly):
- Undergraduates: CNY 2,500 (Min)
- Masters: CNY 3,000 (Min)
- PhD: CNY 3,500 (Min)

- Apply online at HEC Portal by December 28, 2023.
- Complete and submit the application on CSC Portal under category A (Agency No. 5861).

- Copies of educational documents, CNIC/B-form, domicile, IBCC equivalency certificate, and HEC equivalency (if applicable).
