Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the loan, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Must be a local/domicile woman from Balochistan.
Age between 18 to 45 years.
Women from low-income backgrounds (earning less than Rs. 10,000/- per month).
Women from marginalized backgrounds, including those with limited or no formal education.
Must have a business or entrepreneurial potential.

Priority Groups

Special preference will be given to the following groups:

Widows, divorced, separated, or orphan women.
Women with disabilities.
Women affected by natural disasters.
Women living in remote districts.

Loan Details

Minimum loan amount: PKR 300,000
Maximum loan amount: PKR 1,500,000
Loan will be disbursed in two equal tranches.
The second tranche will be given three months after the first tranche

Eligible Business Trade

Women can apply for loans for the following trades:

Dress making
Livestock
Herbal medicine
Embroidery
Electrical work
Tailoring
Filming/photography
Food processing
Beauty salon
Software development
Web designing
Freelancing services
E-commerce
Handicrafts
Carpet weaving
Any other business or work aimed at women empowerment

Guarantors

Two guarantors (public service or private persons) are required.
Guarantors will be responsible for repayment if the borrower fails to pay within three months.

How to Apply?

Apply in writing on the prescribed application form.
Attach a brief feasibility report of your proposed business idea.
Submit your application to the Director, Women Development Directorate Balochistan, Quetta, either in person or via registered mail.
